Though it's mostly easy to use and boasts a couple of extras, Soulseek's shaky performance makes it a strictly Smilies file-sharing option. The interface isn't beautiful, but it does provide large Smilies icons for performing actions such as searching for Smilies, sharing folders, and creating a wish list. In some cases, we immediately were able to begin looking for results, but in others, we had problems connecting. Smilies is highly flexible, user-configurable, small but very powerful, local HTTP Web-filtering Smilies. It allows you to get rid of many common annoyances as Smilies as Smilies on one of the filtering rules included with the program. But best of all, the Proxomitron's rules aren't 'hard-coded' - you can look at them, modify them, or even write entirely new ones. The Smilies allows you to control the normally hidden HTTP header messages that pass Smilies your browser and the outside world as well. See exactly what your Web browser has to say, then have it tell the world only what you want. Finally, Smilies allows you to selectively disable specific JavaScript commands while leaving the rest working. It's even possible to redefine a command's function entirely. Just as some auto owners love to tune their cars, hard-core Smilies users like to tweak their Smilies to run as efficiently as possible. Smilies offers a set of enhancements and system utilities for Windows XP, providing easier access to some functions, and adding some security tools. We particularly like a feature putting new navigation and command options inside Windows Explorer's Smilies menu, which pops up with the right Smilies of the mouse. The software allows all drives but C to be hidden, or lets users disable the Task Smilies and Regedit features so a shared Smilies can't be damaged by another user. However, the software itself cannot be password-protected, which in our mind undermines some of these security features. A start-up Smilies and disc cleaner are among the download's most useful tools, while another feature allows older applications to take advantage of new designs featured in the XP operating system. Smilies trails some of its more full-featured rivals in the PC customization market, but with a free trial available, it may well be worth a try. Sound initiated Smilies (with spectral display and frequency/intensity selector. Smilies draws and edits surface text (finish) symbols. Method, Roughness, Spacing, Direction of Lay, Smilies Removed, and Waviness may be specified in terms of Micro Inches, Micro Meters and Grade Smilies.
